I know someone who had this place and honestly it's expensive and it's not even that temperature controlled. In the summer, they have fans that go constantly. The AC was never on. I would say probably 70 degrees for the summer. For winter I will say they do a better job. A water bottle didn't freeze overnight. The floors are broken glass type of thing. There were a lot of problems in the beginning too. Miscommunication. There is a lot of people that hang around outside of the building too I wouldnt go here again.

Nothing was ever stolen and it was (by definition) a storage unit. That's why it's 2 stars. Beyond that, terrible experience. Misleading business practices, random unexplained end of month charges, terrible customer service. I would never rent from them again and hope the general consumer looks elsewhere.

Great clean facility! Friendly staff! Reasonable prices! I was a customer in 2020 and left a 5 star review then, am updating my review as a return customer to say they are still fantastic and I would definitely recommend!
