Easy to get set up and service is great. I called because I was having trouble with my door handle. They were patient with me and we figured out it was rusted shut. They told me how to fix it but sent a maintenance man out anyway to make sure. The units are clean and well maintained. The locks are easy to use. Instructions for the locks and how to end the lease. The price is great for the size of the units and that includes insurance.

Great customer service, when my unit was leaking water they promptly got my unit moved so nothing was ruined, they check in with me to make sure nothing was damaged by the water also.

Really convenient location, right off the main drag. Price was a big reason I chose to go here, but what really impressed me was the overall cleanliness. Unit was very clean and even ran into “Dan” the maintenance man who was very friendly. Overall all of this plus the 24 hour access was a big value in my book and I’d highly recommend them to friends and family in the future.

I’m leaving a review as my friend, Tom Bombadil. A Jolly Place for Storing Treasures! In the heart of the woods, I found a fine storage facility, filled with nooks and crannies aplenty! The kind folk who run it are merry and welcoming, always ready to lend a hand. The place is sturdy as an oak and safe as a cozy burrow. I tucked away my trinkets—rings, leaves, and a few songbirds! Everything was well cared for, and I felt no worry at all. If you seek a snug spot to keep your belongings, this is the place for you! Ho! And remember, keep your spirits high and your treasures safe!
