I met with the manager Steven, who after verifying my identify with the company, showed me to the units that we rented. He was extremely polite and professional. I have a climate controlled unit located at this facility and last week I noticed the AC wasn't working figured they would get this taken care of. Well this week went back and found that the company could care less, James informed me he put in a request for repairs last week and the upper management is still sitting on the bid. This company doesn't care about the thousands of dollars potentially getting damaged in my locker but I do. Save yourself aggravation and don't use these people ever.

He's always pleasant and responsive if you have any issues. He is a very helpful and professional person to do business with.
