Shea was very helpful and friendly as she made the account setup very easy and effective. All transaction was remote. Worked great for me as I just needed access to a small storage space. I have since been helped by Aileen, who quickly and efficiently helped resolve my account questions and got me a discount benefit for using auto pay. She was also friendly, polite, and effective while providing her customer service. I have been very pleased with each interaction I have had with this company. I will definitely continue to use them as my storage solution in the future.
