Ken was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and perfessional. The unit was clean and like new. Highly recommend 👌 REVISED SINCE MY FIRST POST: Since I have been here for over a year, my rate has increased multiple times for no reason otherb than they want to. I have seen homeless living in there with their dog. They never did fix the door as requested and the maintenance man they got to fix the door in the first place damaged my grandmother's antique sewing table, an antique 3 ft dollhouse and two bikes along with ripping bags and turning over items. The office people seem friendly still but the director is awful. We talked to her and she temporarily fixed some things but within 2 months our rent was raised again. She takes forever to answer and when I called back to the store, she left no message that I had ever called, nor took care of the problem. I am still waiting on my call. I am now paying over $110 more a month for the same units a year later! Since I am disabled I can't move my things until I can afford to get help. So I am stuck under their command. They are not to be trusted, they will raise rent, allow homeless in, damage your items and lie to you. Do not rent here unless your willing to take chance your precious items, safety and all at an ever rising cost.

She was direct and helpful in answering all questions in order for us to make a better decision on what route we needed to go for storage. Will definitely be recommending this location for family and friends in the area! Way to go Public Storage for having such a great employee taking care of the property! Thumbs up!
