Just wanna jump on here and say how nice it was to walk in to a super clean and organized office and greeted with a smile from the lady at front. Stacy was truly amazing! Definitely lots better than dealing with the 800 customer number that was absolutely lost on how to help me! Thanks again Stacy for all your help and answers to my many questions

Rented for over a year now, my rent has doubled in that time. They suck you in with a low introductory rate, then force you to get their insurance, THEN they start raising the price. Current price is almost $100 per month higher than competitors. They also force you to pay $30 month extra if you want to access YOUR property whenever you want. Also, they do not prorate. They’ll charge you an entire month for a few days of service when you move out. As far as the units go, they’re infested with mice and other rodents, they have lights in the yard, but none of them work. Just stay away from this dumpster fire.

The experience here was though also Stacy was awesome.She helped me out after we moved out and they tried to charge.And she helped us get it tak it off so that we didn't have to pay whenever they were trying to make us pay
