This place has no respect for the customer. I had a car in this facility and it had its catalytic converter stolen. I filed a police report and one day after that I got a notice that my car was not ‘fit for their facility’ and I had 3 days to vacate the facility. There has been no help from management to find out whole stole my catalytic converter or any sort of sorry or refund to cover the cost of it. I looked around the rest of the storage facility and realized there are some very delapitated cars and rvs. I also noticed a hole under some of the chain link fence. This is a bad facility.

The cost of my unit was $200 a month when it was Doc’s with a 10% military discount which made it $190. Now that Spare Box took over it’s $319 a month for the exact same unit.

im giving this place 0/5 due to the fact i was there for a couple hours one day organizing my stuff and i go back a couple days later to be completely locked out of my unit. whoever is the property manager took it upon themselves to cut my lock off of the door and replace it with their own without letting me know in advance that they were doing so. out of nowhere i got an email stating i had 3 days to remove my stuff or id be criminally charged with trespassing and i didnt even know the actual reason. if anything the landlord should be criminally trespassing for going into my unit without permission. completely ruined my trust in the company all together. just a warning yall… if you want your stuff to be safe and secure i would NOT pick this place to be the keeper knowing that they bust your lock whenever they damnwell please.
