If I could give no stars I would. The facility made a mistake and cut my lock off. For over 2 months the they continued to take my monthly payments which triple in cost after 3 months. And when you try to call no one is there. The customer service is awful and they refuse to issue refund for their mistake. Will need to cut lock off myself since their office hours aren’t true because whoever they hired is never there and refuses to do their job. When you ask for a call back they never call. Will be reporting to the BBB

I recently moved into my storage unit I16. It was cleaned on the inside. It was easy to get to. I like my unit because its very close to the entry door. My other two units I99 and I100 are also close to the entry door.

I would not rent from them. They removed my lock and put theirs on in July and didn't send me any notification about it i found out when my dad went to get some of his belongings out that my lock had been removed and they put their own lock on and the manager for this location is only there on Tuesday's

I had A excellent experience with KO storage it was fast easy. The gentleman that helped me which I forgot his name was great. He helped me he make me understand about the insurance. He was just wonderful such an asset to K O storage.

Renting a storage unit was easy breezy with KO Storage. Customer representative was very friendly and informative about the whole process. Prices are very reasonable. If and when I move out my belongings I would def rent a storage unit again from KO if needed.
