Not bad first starting out but my problem is they keep raising the rent. what started out at about 135 a month is now $198 a month.. My units latch was cut off by a homeless person and when I asked to see the video they wouldn't show it because the cameras were not working.. thankfully nothing was taken.. I have two units one I just emptied the other one will be empty by the next billing.. They have ran me off Yes they have. That's the quickest way to run people out of your facility is keep going up on the rent.. these corporate CEOs have no common sense they just have book smarts.. not blaming the employees they're just doing their job.. I'm hearing they are buying out public storage.. maybe they need a down payment. No improvements, cameras not working, potholes in the parking lot leaky wet moldy brick building, no justification to continue raising the rent.

They were very helpful great prices efficient and understanding I was afraid I was not going to make it to the storage before they closed but I was able to pay online they called for the property manager to unlock the unit I'm thankful because I needed the storage really bad

This property feels a lot more secure since I’ve seen the 2 new gentlemen they have hired i was informed there will be a person actually living on property I feel like my personal items stored here are that much more safe thank you guys for being on property and actually making sure our storage unit are safe 🥳

The service from Ella at location 5110 NW 10th in OKC was excellent. She explained everything I needed to know. The storage was clean when she showed it to me. Very professional. I am very pleased!!
