George was 100% absolutely fantastic and wonderful. He worked with us in a very difficult situation and he personally made things possible that would have otherwise been impossible for us. Kind of upsetting to not be informed when you buy unit the correct hours the gate states that there is access to 10 PM every day. I got here at 7:30 and I paid the eight dollar Uber to Uber here and the doors to the inside storages are all closed and locked and there is not a way to contact the staff to get into your unit and they leave at 5:30 every day so for the people who work or have very important things to do. We have to do it on their time and the time that they have displayed Is not correct now I have to pay another Uber and carry all my luggage back to where I came from just to try again tomorrow because I’m locked out of a unit that I paid to have access for for displayed and contracted time so I attached photos of the time of the lock door in a screenshot of the time that I am here It’s very very very uncomfortable and it’s not convenient. I haven’t even been with the storage unit a week this is my first day here to get something and this is very uncomfortable. It’s like a slap in your face cause I could’ve drove very far. I’m grateful only drove 10 minutes And there’s no way to contact staff. I really wish I could take my business elsewhere at this point.

WORST STORAGE EXPERIENCE EVER — FILTHY, RAT-INFESTED, AND DISHONEST If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute nightmare. When I opened my unit, I was hit with the stench of rat urine and feces everywhere. My furniture was torn to shreds by rats, boxes destroyed, cushions chewed through, and everything contaminated. It was beyond disgusting — like walking into a dump. To make things even worse, they jacked up my rent by nearly $100 without a single warning or notice. No email, no call, nothing. Just a surprise charge for a place that can’t even control a rodent infestation. I’ve never seen such a filthy, unprofessional, and careless business. The management clearly doesn’t care about customers or their belongings. If you value your stuff — or your sanity — do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this dump.
