We rented a unit short term after selling my wife’s old house. We only had furniture in there. Couches and chairs and mattresses. When we went to get our stuff there was mouse poop everywhere and it smelled like pee. Every single item we had been paying rent to keep safe is ruined. We don’t even want to touch it. We stopped payments and they filed a lien on our unit. They’re more than welcome to have all of our thousands of dollars worth of furniture at this point. They don’t do anything to help mitigate mice and never told us that we should prior to renting a unit. Thanks to this place all of our furniture is completely ruined. Also there is no way to message anyone to get anything resolved. They can have all the stuff at this point but no shot am I going to pay rent when all of our stuff was destroyed.

I never leave reviews, although I need to today. Never again with this company. Customer service is terrible! You have to wait around 15 minutes to speak to someone. They keep trying to charge my card for the 2nd month which was to be free. 4 times I talked to customer service on the phone and they said it was taken care of, although is was not. They do not honor the promotions that they offer!! The people working on property are nice. Stay Away from this company if you have storage needs!! 1/6/2026 UPDATE. After a couple of more months of no returned phone calls and turning me over to collections, they honored the promotional price and cancelled the collections.

Shirl was incredibly helpful when I asked for directions to the nearest air pump, she grabbed a pump out of her truck and helped me air up my tires! Great location, great service

Be very mindful before renting a storage unit with them they have a mice infestation and it was so bad to the point some of my belongings were damaged. It was mice droppings everywhere all on my clothes, the ground, my TVs, you could see the mice had been running across my TVs because they were laying flat. They dug a whole in my couch(yes I had couch covers) did lots of damage. I spoke with the property manager and all he said was it was the neighbors fault on why my unit was infested with mice no solution no discount or reconciliation on what to do.
