I have been renting a unit from here for about 2.5 years, and for the price, I think it’s a great value. It’s a smaller, locally owned storage facility and the units aren’t climate controlled but I haven’t had any issues with my unit (I stop by every few months to check on my stuff). They keep the property clean and well-maintained and seem to be making sure that other renters are following the rules. There’s a gate with a keypad for 24/7 access and it always feels quiet and safe out there. I have noticed that whenever something comes up regarding the property (maintenance, etc.) they are very good at sending emails to notify everyone. I also appreciate that even though it’s a locally owned facility, and not a big corporate outfit, they still have a portal with rental info plus online rent payment and key code maintenance which is very handy and a must for me. (It’s 2023… I can’t deal with small businesses that are stuck in the dark ages and force me call them for info and only accept paper checks for payments!)

I have been at this storage facility for 20 years. It has passed thru many owners. When Near Me Storage took over, I was amazed at how quickly they refurbished the storage units! I now feel more secure with the new fence and gate and how clean it is now. Thank you all for your continued care of my stuff.
