They raise rates in huge leaps and bounds. They "forget " to return calls. Finally, a fellow offered a senior discount. He didn't know what age qualities nor could he retrofit the senior discount. No trash cans on site. I recommend going elsewhere.

This being my first time needing storage it was a bit nerve wrecking but Dana at extra space made everything so much easier for me to be able to choose the right size storage we needed. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. And soon after that Jason called to follow up on my agreement and welcomed me with such enthusiasm in his voice. Thank you Dana and Jason for making my first storage experience so great because you never know what people could be going thru and with a simple smile and kindness can help them thru the day!

Wonderful. I was trying to go through public storage and turned into a nightmare. Frustrated I called this storage place up and the lady was super polite and friendly. She was sympathetic with what I was dealing with. She found me a wonderful deal. After I sent things up with her about half hour later the property manager Jason called to confirm everything with me, go over any concerns or questions. He was there the day I went to put things in my locker. He helped me find my locker because I got lost. The place is well lite and clean. Very nice place to use. Highly recommend them. Stay away from. Public storage they are a nightmare.

Buyer beware. They will get you moved in with a “discounted” rate and then quickly double your lease once you are moved in. My monthly payments went from $68 to $136 overnight after being moved in for less than 2 months. When you call them out they will tell you they will check into it and call you back. Guess what never happens. A call back. Stay away!

I have been a longtime customer and overnight they doubled my monthly storage fee but online show a new customer discount of the rate I am currently paying. I called to have them make the adjustment and they told me they don’t want long time customers and I have to pay the new rate or move out. I asked if I moved out and got a new unit what would the rate be and was told it would be the new customer rate of half the fee. In a world where customer service is a grater need then ever this company doesn’t believe in taking care of their current customers. I would not recommend using this company.
