Rented a unit a week ago, they emailed me a gate code. Didn't work. Rented a u haul, called repeatedly, guy answered one time and said we needed a "temporary gate code" which made no sense since I had one. Guy never picked up after that and haven't even been able to access my unit. After a $25 set up fee and all the extra add one they do it added $80 to my bill. I set the whole thing up online and can't get anyone to return a call!!! Need my money refunded and don't bother wasting your time here!
Mitchell CooleyPeter was AWESOME getting me in a unit in such a timely fashion. Then he went above and beyond when I screwed up my payment method, and fixed that, as well. Always friendly, professional, courteous, and a good sense of humor on top of it all. I switched from a different storage place because I'd heard so many good things about Smalltown from others, and my old place kept raising prices, up $75 in a year and a half! For a 10x10! I am SOOOOOO glad I came to Smalltown! I will recommend this place to anyone will listen!!! Thanks Peter!
