I only briefly did business with Sentry Storage but they made everything very easy! The people at the office were very helpful with seting up and canceling my account. Definitely would recommend! The units are cheap and conveniently located.

I found, rented, and insured my unit all online. I downloaded the app, and entering and exiting are so easy using the app. My fist time there to drop off some totes, the unit door was open and the unit was clean. Very easy and affordable with the extra security of having my things insured.

I had my unit 12+ years. pros: staff was always courteous and helpful. cons: Regular fee increases until I finally said enough. The entire contents of my unit was damaged by rodents. The Property has a rodent infestation. They are working on it but everything in my unit went to Rogue disposal. They Lost me as a customer due to cost and rodents.

As of today i am no longer renting here. I submitted a 30 days notice, which for one reason or another didnt get processed. However, upon speaking on the phone with josh he rectified the situation in a professional and timely manner. Mistakes happen, whats important is how theyre handled. The online portal was always easy to use and the cost per square foot reasonable. The sign on process also easy. I will be using this place for any future storage needs
