Do not rent from these people. It has so many issues. We rented a unit as additional storage for our business that is nearby for almost 4 years. We’ve had issues with flooding, rats living in our unit and the manager on site smoking meth in front of the building. The final straw was that our card for autopay did not get charged due to an issue in their system and they refuse to waive the $75 late fee.

Update: 10/18/25 - Facility has security issues and my storage unit was broken into, all belongings were taken. Additionally, this was not reported to me, I had to find out for myself, not acceptable. Proceed with great caution. Took some time to choose a storage facility that met my needs: size, drive up, & quality customer service. Devon storage made it easy with competitive pricing, easy access to info online and fantastic customer service in person. Shantal is incredibly polite, professional and patient. Thanks for the experience.

How did 8 plus units get broken into this past week? My partner along with other people lost a lot of items during this breach. Many of the items being sentamental. Along with the units getting jacked we are getting a rate increase? I hope this rate increase will be paying for a night time security gaurd! There absolutly needs to be 24hr security and better surveillance on a site such as this one. You guys need to fix the fences place more cameras and get a security person to be there at night. Ive had my things here a long time and deserve better piece of mind!
