This storage place has been incredibly helpful, and the staff are always kind and welcoming. They truly take care of their customers and go out of their way to help whenever needed. I especially appreciate how disability friendly and accessible the facility is, it makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. Estelle and Wally are outstanding employees.

This is a well run, clean storage space with incredibly friendly staff who were able to assist me and help me with all my questions. I’m new to using storage units and they were patient and helpful and courteous. I’d like to especially thank Estelle for all of her help. She was above and beyond, and I hope she gets five raises. I like to say hi to her every time that I drop by— That’s how much I like her!

We rented a 10' x 25' unit for about a year. This facility has many positives. I found the building easily accessible. The structure is clean and bright. I was always able to find a cart to move items to and from vehicles. I never experienced any of the homeless problems noted by others. I also never saw or experienced any theft. From a usage point of view, this was a great experience. Once when I arrived, the west door was inoperable but I was able to use other doors and it was repaired and working properly when I was back just days later. The only big negative, albeit a significant one, was the pricing. Five months after we moved in, the price increased from $202 to $297. After 11 months, the price was going to be increased from $297 to over $400. In effect, the rent doubled in less than 1 year. The manager helped me to get it reduced to $359. She told me the unit was much closer to market value. We happened to move out right after paying for the next month. One employee told me that there was no prorating (IE. I paid for a month I would not use) which is understandable. The manager contacted me and as part of my move out did in fact prorate the month. This was great and very much appreciated. Bottom line: this is a great place to store things. Just be aware after your move in, you will likely be hit with rate increases.

Not only do we love the units but Estell Is amazing. I always feel welcome when I need any type of support. I have lived in a lot of cities and had a lot of storage units. Staff and building 10/10.
