This place hit all the marks for me! Customer service was prompt and welcoming, units were clean & easy to get to and understanding the map to locate the unit, price was reasonable and included a 3 month promo that helped keep costs down compared to other storage options nearby. Overall I am pleased with the service I recieved and overall value met my needs!!!!

We just rented our first unit to store our rv under cover, Jenna is the most kind and amazing associate we had the pleasure of meeting. She had us all set up in a very short amount of time. Excellent customer service and very sweet lady. She made our experience effortless. Well worth it at columbia city storage.
