This giant, out of state corporation recently purchased the complex and kicked out all previous tenants of the what was a family-run self storage. We had the best set-up in the area and great pricing before greed came and gave every single customer 30 days notice to vacate. Sounds logical, but my wife and I were overseas serving in Ukraine during the deadline, so you can imagine the fun we had trying to figure this out, with zero help, only threats, from the new owners. (we paid in advance, as we always had, and as we were going to be out of the country for the month) What changed is we're now just a number to them; they absolutely don't care who their customers are, which is a complete 180 change from what we had with the previous owners. One of the many big businesses coming in and ruining what made this area great. Renter beware with these people, they absolutely do not care about you. West Coast Self Storage threw all of us out to the curb, you could be next.

This is the ABSOLUTELY BEST storage facility ANYWHERE! I will NEVER use another facility. I've had storage units with them for over 5 yrs now. The father & daughter that manage this place are heaven sent! There not like public storage (quick to auction off your belongings)! They know life happens.... & in my case, they were understanding & patient!!! The prices are great, the property is always clean, the location is great, the property is secure, & they do have a restroom on site. As well as live on site, which is a little more added security! I would strongly recommend them to any & everyone!

Family owned, not corporate so the atmosphere is friendlier than most storage places. Same employee has been working there for 20 years. Competitive pricing.

Very interesting place at first glance. It really is a hole in the wall kind of business and the manager was great. The price was absolutely amazing and I was very happy with my overall experience there!
