Wow! Totally impressed with this storage place. Great pull thru spot for our RV and we can have a trickle charger on our batteries! Yvette was so nice and the office is even super cute with all her touches. Even dog treats for your pooch. What a great experience from start to finish. She even had a great deal for us. Definitely recommend. 5++ stars!

Updating to two stars: I was able to speak to the regional manager who listed and empathized with what happened. They did what they could to help, and explained that they take rodent and pest control seriously. While still disappointed that this happened despite their efforts, it’s also notable that they took the time to make things right, which is appreciated. We have had a storage unit here for about 6 months, and are extremely disappointed that there was a mouse infestation. Almost everything in our unit had droppings on it, urine, and a few covered bins even had 5-10 live mice living in it. We spent hours spraying, cleaning, and wiping our things down so we can take it to our new place. What a giant mess! We should not have stored anything valuable in this unit because everything got permanently stained with urine. While management was kind on the day we moved out, they failed to call me back after messaging them about the infestation previously. Their contract, like most storage facilities, remove any responsibility or liability for something like this, and they say to go through renters insurance, but most renters insurance don’t cover rodent damage either. Just know that if you rent here, there may be mice, so take precautions.

Both lady's in the office are amazing ! Always willing to help and great customer service. Prices are fair and always have deals going on. We were cleaning storage on a very hot day and April came to the rescue with wet towels! Shes great!
