I cannot say enough positives about my experience at BSSC. From the first day I walked in, I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Real good and honest people. State of the art video and lock security. Climate controlled units. My items at move out - furniture, clothes etc - were as new as the first day I moved in. Zero pests or rodents. Super clean hallways. And outstanding lighting that allows for worry free 24-hr access. Ownership is always a text away, and answer at all hours. Best of all was the super low price, with minimum annual increase. But please don't take my word for it, stop in or shoot them a text and experience what I did for yourself. You will absolutely not regret it!

Everything at Backyard State Storage is 5 stars. From the moment you enter the property, you can tell that Wayne has thought of everything he could to make the customer experience seamless. The property is well maintained with easy to interpret signage throughout. The storage units are easily accessed, and there are even carts on site to assist with moving. We contacted Wayne as we were managing moving and sorting through my Grandma's estate. We were able to pay for our storage unit for months in advance, to assist with easier bookkeeping on our end. Wayne was very understanding, easy to work with, and responsive. I highly recommend and trust this business!
