Andy was great to work with. We schedule an appointment the same day. He was able to explain everything with the storage unit that compass has to offer. Including a warranty coverage on the unit. He also made sure I understood everything before signing the document. He took his time to make sure the unit had everything I needed before moving forward. I needed storage so I planned to call a few places, called compass first and they gave me a reasonable price, everything sounded fine, didn’t call anyone else. A month later, time to get the storage, figured I’d shop around first. The first I called was twice the price of compass. Second was a roboservice, never got to a person. Gave up and called compass. Andy answered, and was super helpful. A few minutes later I had a storage space ready to go. I gave the other places a shot. Compass was the clear win. Thanks, Andy✅

Electric gate works sometimes, been there numerous times and can't get in. Specials are offered when you are a new customer but they get they get the money back by raising your rates, states in the lease they csn do that at any time, just need to say they sent you a letter a month before rates go up(sus, they send out emails for everything else, mail? Who knows if they even send anything)..I expressed my displeasure and was told by Andrew I can always go somewhere else. Not happy.
