The gate app for your phone doesn't work for shit. $170 plus tax per month for no climate control 10×10 unit is ridiculous. Also $90 plus tax for a 20ft parking spot for a small 17ft bass boat is outrageous this pls will empty your wallet. Guardian storage on route in Hampton will give you a climate controlled 10×10 unit for $65 plus tax per month. Don't let compass self storage rip you off go somewhere else.

I highly recommend Compass Self Storage. They have an outstanding facility that offers reasonably priced units. I particularly appreciate the on-site U-Haul truck rentals, which add an exceptional level of convenience. The staff is also excellent. Andy, in particular, is very friendly and helpful.

It was SO nice & easy to procure a storage spot here! I didn't have my trailer with me but was all signed up , paid for within 5 minutes!! You can't beat the price OR the great service!!!

Lisa helped me at the front desk and she is FANTASTIC! Super helpful and sweet; when I didn’t know what truck I wanted, she took me out to look at each of them to make sure I got the right one. Didn’t rush me at all, definitely super helpful for the moving process!
