We had an awesome experience with the storage unit in Johnstown (Riverside area). We had a climate controlled unit. The unit was clean, the building was clean and the manager (and all of the employees we dealt with) we very friendly and helpful! Not sure what your would be looking for, but the unit and the area was secured, easy to get to, and in a great state of repair (everything worked perfectly). What more could you ask for!

Jaedy took care of every question I had and made arrangements for the lock to be removed from my unit. I lost the keys and needed to have the lock cut off. She arranged everything and someone will come and remove it on Monday the 12th. She did an excellent job. I have only had good experiences with local storage.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them all day until they closed at four. I’ve emailed them. I’ve called them and everything because I got a message saying I needed to renew my lease. I’ve already paid for the next month but I cannot get a hold of them at all. I’ve been trying. I’ve called the number. I’ve emailed and everything The least they could’ve done is emailed me back. I’ve had this unit for almost 3 years and I’ve never had to renew the lease and I don’t even live in Pennsylvania anymore, so it’s not like I can go up to the office to sign the renewed lease.

I have had a couple storage units at this facility over 5 years, as there are different size units available. The facility is clean and well taken care of. The office manager, Debbie is always polite and curtious. She goes above and beyond taking care of the grounds. I have had no problems with my items in storage there. Any questions or concerns are answered promptly when I call into the office.

Extremely difficult to work with. Do not use this facility if you want easy access to your belongings. Haley and Liz are extremely rude. Poor customer service. There is nothing "local" about this business. They are based out of Chicago.
