While the rental van was ready upon pickup, it had a low tire pressure warning. When I told the manager before leaving, he told to take it to a gas station to fill it up. He said he did not have another van and it would likely be fine if I did not get air. I told him I needed to drive 300 miles and it was dangerous. He didn’t seem to care. So I went and filled the tire-drove out of my way to do it and needed assistance from the gas station. While driving the van I found trash in it from another renter. Long and short, this U-Haul does not maintain vehicles. When I told the manager I was disappointed, he said nothing. I reviewed U-Haul and messaged them-nothing. Poor customer service if you ask me.
