Very clean , bright hallways easy to enter and navigate I get lost a lot but this location is the easier to get around. The office is clean as well. The staff is very nice Brittany is very knowledgeable for a new assistant I thought she had worked a longtime here but she said only a couple months. Great personality easy to talk to and very patient with my mom who is very old. Went out of her way to help my mom with her lock, and although I called to let her know i would come. She took initiated to help her the boxes on the cart as well can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend storing here.

We stopped by the Media Extra Space today for information. We spoke to David, and it was a truly delightful experience. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. He is what all people in a customer service role should be. The facility is beautiful and very clean. It was an excellent interaction. We're very happy to have a new storage place!

First time using a large interior storage building like this, and I was pleasantly surprised. It is clean, well laid out, and very well organized. I like the large bays that you can pull into for loading and unloading, and the numerous flat carts available. The only downside at this point- it’s annoying that you have to use the code to pass through every door, entrance, and elevator, especially if you have multiple trips. Overall, though a good experience

Brittany O was absolutely amazing. I called 15 min before closing because I booked the wrong location. She was extremely helpful with the best attitude. Brittany was calm, acted quickly, and was very informative. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help with a last minute change. Thanks Brittany!

Working in customer service for 20 years, Amber has excellent Customer service skills Walked me through everything I needed to know when I originally signed up for my storage unit and I had lots of questions. She needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer service skills
