I had rented a unit for my daughter.From what I was told two people were able to act like me, and get employees to open my unit, without identification, information, or without me. Not to mention no key. How did this happen? Not sure. When I called to submit a complaint the lady told me someone would call me back. This was months ago. I paid on this rental unit for months before I had to change my account and card number. No one ever gets back to you. So finally I sent an email stating that two men were able to get in by an employee, and they emptied my unit, etc - they never responded. I told them they do not have permission to take payments even though they continued. I told my card off of auto pay. It still kept coming out each month. So I called and cancelled due to the negligence and the sketchiness of this place. Thank God it was hand me down stuff for my daughters apartment which we will slowly gather more while she is away at school but this is unacceptable. Pick a different location in a different city where they actually call you back. Now that I haven't paid, they are calling but want to do nothing for the missing unit. It was not only theft by the employee by letting the two people in, but to continue to have me pay for a unit that I can't even get into is absurd. Never again.

Scott the manager for the New Castle locations is always there to help with anything his customers need. Has always helped in any good or bad situations. Only downfall is prices go up every few months and not just a little. I think they are one of the highest priced storage facilities in the area but they do make sure customers are happy

We met Jeremy out on W. Harbor rd at the office he was very nice. He went above and beyond to help us out. I would definitely refer them and use them again! We got the first months rent free!
