First and foremost samm from KO storage was amazing and helped me figure everything out with a positive, happy and professional attitude. I pulled in to the office area and notice it was close. Because they are only online and dont have people in the office. He helped me step by step. Made the experience of having to get a storage unit easy and pleasant. So from one sam to another thank you !!! The storage unit was clean and easy to find.

Loved when this place was Hillsboro. I’ve had nothing but problems since the owners changed. Nobody on site to help with issues. I received notice that my unit wasn’t secure and I had 24 hours to secure it, yet it clearly was secure in the photo they sent. Unit appears to have been broken in at some point, the sliding lock was bent and didn’t move to the lock position. Received notice they were going to cut off my lock due to the unit not being secure, so I informed them that their lock was the issue. called and emailed all day to no avail. Ended up moving out because of the lack of security and staff. Lots of people hanging around when I would go to my unit. Dirty. Do not recommend.

Call centers from India do not respond to you. They just took over from Hillside storage. I paid for the month of October 2025. They decided to magically change the contract saying that they needed a month payment ahead when I provided them with the receipts proving that I had paid for October. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

I only rented a unit for the month but the entire process from signing up to turning over was super smooth. Access is easy and the unit's door had no issues. The location is convenient and close to hanover. You can drive your car right up to the unit. In all I would consider this place again.
