Stay away from the storage unit. Their customer service is horrible. The person that works in the office doesn’t want to help. You just will refer you to call the number on the door. They’re rarely here or if they’re here they’re totally unhelpful. There’s no way to get anybody on the phone they don’t answer emails. It’s the worst customer service. There are many other storage facilities in the area. I suggest you use one of those not Storage King USA.

Very happy with Storage King USA's Newtown Sq location. Clean and secure. Got a unit a few months ago. Super easy online setup, and Tony in the management office is great to work with and has always been available, helpful, and responsive. You can park and unload right at the climate controlled buildings doors, which was perfect because it rained for a couple of days that we were moving stuff in.

Chris is the best manager here. He helped me get the units I needed within close proximity to one another, when I needed to add a second unit. He's super receptive to open communication and helped make my moving struggles feel a lot less stressful. The facility he runs is really nice, it's clean, well kept, air conditioned for the inside units, and the facility provides dollies for moving most items easily down the hallways. Chris kept things nice and organized for me, and I couldn't be happier with having chosen this storage facility. Thanks Chris!

Metro Storage at Newtown Square is a great facility! It is clean, well maintained and not at all scary. Chris is the manager and does a great job of making the customer feel comfortable about leaving their belongings there. The biggest challenge to leasing storage units is trying to visualize what kind of space is needed now and in the future. Chris listened to my concerns and helped me work through those issues in a thoughtful and knowledgeable way, He was polite, friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions completely. I looked at several storage facilities and Metro Newtown Square was by far the best. Even their office was clean and neat. I attribute all those good things to the property manager. As a company, they are lucky to have Chris as their representative.
