Vanessa was super helpful! She explained everything perfectly, super streamline and affordable storage space. It feels safe there as well because you need a code to get into the building and there are multiple doors to go through so I wouldn’t be afraid to go in alone. I also went a day or two later than my “reserved” time and she knew who I was when I walked in the door so she’s on top of things!! Bonus points for being super kind and having great customer service. Thanks Vanessa!!

, I feel compelled to leave this review due to the customer service representative. Who helped me at this site Vanessa. She was all that she was outstanding couldn’t ask for a better customer service representative once again I’d say the Customer Service from Vanessa was outstanding the best I’ve ever had Any company and I’m I’m an old man, 61 years of age and I’ve dealt with a lot of people and a lot of companies over the years, but Vanessa is the most Customer Service oriented person I’ve ever met in business un all my years, and I’m not just saying that to be nice, i’m a non-denominational ordained minister and every word I put in this review I mean, sincerely very very, very pleasant experienceI’m not related to her, but it was a pleasant surprise to have someone as nice as Vanessa and as proficient as her job and all smiles the whole time what a wonderful person to deal with there wasn’t a question. I asked Vanessa, and there were many, many that she couldn’t answer right away. Thank you so so very much Vanessa. I look forward to talking to you once again you made my week.

Had the pleasure of working with Jose today. I was a walk in and he assisted me immediately. Made the process of renting out a unit seamless. Good experience so far with Extra Space Storage on Leverington Ave.

Clean and well maintained. Prices have skyrocketed recently. Your best bet is to pay for a year in advance so that your rates are locked. Update. New manager Vanessa is very kind and helpful. I had an issue and spoke with her over the phone and she was able to sort it out for me
