Untrustworthy and unprofessional management. Customer Service and Corporate for this company isn't any better. Always cover your 6 with these boys and girls. Management refused to give me and never sent me my receipt when i moved out. She lied about what she was going to do and she sent me an email with the wrong move out date. Even though she saw me the day i moved out. 00000 stars is what this trash company should be given. "Renters beware" take pictures and cover yourselves. Don't let the trash management and company employees sending the wrong emoji fool you. Hopefully this honest review makes things better for others.

I just moved into this ExtraSpace Storage location and had a great experience from start to finish. Oscar helped me get set up over the phone, and when I came in, Angelo gave me a tour and provided truly A-grade customer service. Everything was easy, smooth, and handled with kindness every step of the way. In a time when so many companies rely on bots and automated prompts, it was refreshing to speak with real people who are both friendly and knowledgeable. Grateful for the great team at this location!

I came in looking to move to a cheaper unit after my rate when up - Angelo found me a larger sized unit for $2 less than what I was paying now. He was friendly and good to chat with - we ended up looking at a couple units until I found one right for me. Thanks again Angelo! Be advised that the ceilings here are starting to crumble, so your stuff will get coated in a dusting of fine powder if you keep over time. But for the rate, location, and service, you’re better off here than a lot of other spots in town.

I am currently at Extra Space Storage located at 40 Spring Garden Street in South Philadelphia, and I had an exceptional experience thanks to Oscar and Angelo. I had just arrived fresh off the plane, and Oscar assisted me promptly in securing a great storage unit. Despite my indecisiveness, he remained patient, diligent, and provided clear, detailed information throughout the entire process. Angelo also went above and beyond by sharing helpful information about the city I’m moving to, which truly made me feel welcomed. Together, Oscar and Angelo make an outstanding team. We truly need more workers like them. I’m honored to write this review.

I’ve had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage! The team here is truly fantastic with amazing customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, greeted me with a warm smile, and went out of their way to make the process easy. The space itself is extremely clean, well-kept, and clearly very well managed. It’s refreshing to find a place that takes pride in maintaining a safe, spotless, and friendly environment. If you’re looking for reliable storage with top-notch customer service, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended! Specifically, I have interacted with Angelo and Oscar (ESS team members) multiple times both on the phone and in person and they have both been amazing and far exceeded all expectations! They would be an asset at any organization and have represented Extra Space Storage in a fantastic light. Due to them, I would highly suggest this location to anyone that is in need. You can’t go wrong!
