Cleaned out a storage unit for family and everything was covered with mildew. It had only been there a few weeks. Weeds are a foot tall in front of the unit. Whole unit filled with spiders. The items were secure, but needed gloves to touch stuff after it had been in the unit. Thankfully it was only furniture...clothing would have been ruined.
