Easy process online to obtain unit online. Units are self serve and I was bble to get unit same day. Area is secure and the storage units are true to size and very clean! Locks that are provided are very sturdy! And the owner is very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommend!

I have had my storage unit for less than 8 months now and have had 2 rent increases totaling over $50! I would only recommend them if you enjoy constant increases! I could have a much bigger unit for the same price elsewhere, which is exactly what I will be doing.

Signing up for the storage unit (5x5) was pretty easy and I was able to get it all done online. The unit itself was clean and in brand new shape. You get a security code to use at the gate, and at the door itself before getting to your unit. There was a new lock pad inside my unit which was a welcomed surprise. They also have a dolly cart available which we were able to use to move our stuff in. It has been a great experience overall and I do recommend it if you are looking for storage.

Angelo was very helpful and patient helping me decide which unit suits my needs giving me access to 2 units IN ADVANCE to view/inspect before committing, something others haven't offered. I'll update once I head over but know in advance no obligation until you've seen and approved the size/conditions fit for your needs! Update: It was nice, clean, and quiet. Exactly what I was looking for. You get reception inside too! Storage World down the street no reception, no free 1st month, or prior preview. A female employee called to ensure everything met my expectations, even changing it closer to the entrance upon request since I'm a wheelchair user. Then Luis Gonzalez called a few days later to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I had great experience so far. Nice service members and great storage place. I'll reupdate if anything changes!

Easy to rent. It seems I had to fill out the rental agreement twice, but that could have been my mistake. This is my first storage unit. I had no idea about the metal and plastic tag that needs to be removed when you arrive. You just keep twisting tag until the metal wire breaks to remove it. Also bring something to cut open the lock packaging. And if they had more carts available that would be helpful. And a map to your storage unit, I wandered for awhile until I found it.
