We have only had this storage unit not even a month and we have had issues with the gate not opening or being stuck half way and met other people with the same issues. Managment contacted me about the issue i was having and they resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. If there is anything i think that would help improve the storage facility it would be to put emergency contact signs on the inside and outside of the gate, and have the signs updated on the outside because the old storage facility phone # is stil outside of the gate.

He investigated thoroughly and concluded it to be a scam and advised me to delete with no information. He is an asset to any business. Thank you Cedrick
