They up charge every six months. They lie to you. They don't follow there lease agreement. When you call them out on this they tell you they will just put it up for auction. Don't rent from them it's not worth your time.

I didn't have anything negative here. They really made it east to rent a unit and when I was done they made it super easy to close out my account. Definitely will go back there if I need another unit in the future for sure

It was really great they were very respectful to me and answered all my questions and gave me great deals on the storage thank you for this wonderful experience I honestly appreciate it and honestly saved money and also most importantly I have my things kept safe in storage

Definitely would never recommend this place! 1.Increased price per month 2 times per year, because of supposed expenses. Is not worth paying so much for a storage unit. 2. 100% Scammers. 3. My storage unit and all my stuff were infested with stink bugs. Disgusting! 4. Staff or manager didn't apologize for the inconvenience and she disregarded the situation. 5. I had to throw away lots of belongings. 6. You pay insurance for the storage unit and when things happen they would not pay you. They would look for a million of excuses. Never again! ❌

My storage unit had some sort of leak that there manager confirmed that the damage done to my property was entirely there responsibility to reimburse me considering I was paying the extra money a month for insurance however wen I contacted the insurance company they told me that even tho it was completely no fault of my own they wld not cover the damages so naturally I went and removed my destroyed possessions from there storage facility which also was supposed to be a gated n locked facility however was only locked 1 month outta the 3 or 4 months I payed rent after the removal of my belongings they continued to harass me weekly to come get my lock off of the door I told them at least 10 different times that they were more than welcomed to cut the lock off due to me no longer having transportation so all in all my experience with them was horrible!!!!!
