We needed a storage unit quickly. Star was able to make it happen. Normally, she said you can move in the same day. She called right after I made the payment and said the door had a broken spring and we have to wait. She offered to refund our money and she apologized multiple times. We waited 2 days and the door was fixed and we moved in with no problems. Very secure location, reasonable pricing and everyone we've encountered there has been kind and respectful. We will rent a unit here for as long as we need one.

Star the manager you have some nerve writting the lies you have in response. It is clear you are trying to keep your job from the backwards lies you wrote in response to my bad review of you because I would never say those things as I have never had problems before when I was a fairly long term tenant until they switched management to you. Hal who was the previous owner and his assistant, Mark I believe is his name......these two were excellent with communication and did not mind answering questions. They were kind and professional. Also sincere. Star who has taken a management position is very rude and short tempered. She has zero communication skills. I had my credit card to pay and I had a simple inquiry. I also let her know I wanted to bring her and the rest of her team a New Years Day gift for working. She could have answered the simple question I had at sign up. Instead she hung up on me. I couldn't have been nicer and so thankful for her assistance so I can pay her the 130$. She has zero communication skills and just mean. She answers the phone so sweet but dont dare ask a question at sign up for the initial payment and paperwork she will hang up on you!! I miss you Hal !!!!!

I very much enjoy working with Hal and his team. They are always nice and understanding. The storage units are well protected and the snow is always taken care of so we can get to our unit. I love Xtra storage!!

Improvements have been made. Buildings are cleaner, in better repair. Entry gate is new . . . Getting close to 5 stars. However, the manager, Star McKean, fitting name, gets 5 stars for being fair, reasonable, congenial, honest and helpful.

When looking for a storage unit I was contacted within the hour, after hours, and was set up immediately with a unit. Every one was extremely nice and accommodating! The unit is nice and clean and very easy accessible. Reasonable rates. (And out of the flood zone!!)
