Do not recommend due to predatory business practices I'll start with some positives to the facility. The hours are very convenient, the location is fantastic, and the building itself is usually clean and well kept. I've always had a wonderful experience talking with the office personal. Always so friendly. They PRICE Gouge terribly. I've had the unit for a little over a year now, 4/1/ 2024 till now. In the short amount of time I've had my unit, my price has increased 2 times now in less than a year. There is no justification for these increases. It's literally just to squeeze their patrons dry of more money, and it's a disgusting business tactic. You can see in other review posted that others have dealt with the price gouging as well. Save your self the hassle and money and use somewhere else. Find a place not ran by pure greed. 12/27/2025 Edit - Price Raised again....

Everyone at Storage Sense made our experience easy. From making sure that we understood what kind of truck would fit into the storage facility so we would be prepared ahead of time to helping with any questions we had. Check out was also very easy. I have never used a storage facility before - and if needed I would definitely come back to Storage Sense.

No hassle, always patient especially if I was late on a payment. Facility and grounds always felt secure leaving me the comfort of leaving my belongings there without any concern. Easy checking in and also checking out.

Absolutely scam type storage units, they have a late fee and immediately start automatically auction process changing 70.00 additional you bill only being behind 30 days . And refusing payment of past due bill. Forcing you to pay entire bill upfront.
