-Too good to be true situation- The good: the place is beautiful inside and out. The air quality and temp is great and your belongings are super safe with codes to get in and codes to use the elevator. The bad: I cannot stress enough how much I hate the lighting situation in the units. They’re on a 5 second no motion timer if not maybe 2 seconds to save money on electricity. I’ve been digging for something and left in the dark cause the sensor doesn’t see me. I HATE THAT! And then the too good to be true. Found a great deal on a 10’x15’ and even drove out of my way for this unit for cost efficiency. Within a year it just about doubled. They give you like a 1-2wk notice on the increase and you’re pretty much stuck cause it’s not easy to get your stuff and move out. It’s a bait and switch tactic and they know what they’re doing. Most the time you are in need of a storage unit so they prey on you not being able to do anything and having to pay these increases. I’ll never be back!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR. We rent from the Bristol RI storage unit and Robin is amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and proficient! When we ask questions or need direction, she is always clear, concise, kind and ready to help. The storage building and units are very clean, they have carts available to help make moving boxes and heavy items so much easier, and elevators. The hours we have access to our indoor storage unit are great because we can go before work, after work, on weekends and it’s well lit. I am very thankful I found this company!!!
