It was a rough start, I called and was told the 10x10 unit was available and the office was open at the location mon-sat and closed on Sundays. The unit was put on hold, and I was given a confirmation number. When I got there on Wednesday the office was closed for the day and it seemed like this was a scheduled closing. I was then forced to do an electronic registration over the phone and now the unit I had a confirmation number for was no longer available to me and I was now being charged a higher monthly price. The good news was, that I got a unit that day, and moved in, without having to change locations since the movers and the truck were already at the property. Personally, I think the call center and the locations need to get on the same page and when a confirmation number is given then the rate should be honored for the same size unit at the same location.Full Review

Long Story Short: Rented 10âx15â to store vehicle. OEM dimension specs fit in unit. Signed paperwork, office guy walked out to the buildings to show me the unit. Car didnât fit despite the two of us trying different parking angles for 30 minutes. Moved to a 10âx20â. Office guy had me sign, I left, he filled out the second set of paperwork using the first set.
