I was contacted by Michael from Extra Storage to complete my rental. He was very courteous & knowledgeable and offered to look for a unit which he thought I'd benefit from its use. At one point while looking for my card the system timed out. He allowed me to hang up & return call when I found it. The call was returned within 3 minutes & the transaction was completed. Very valuable employee & exhibited patience which nowadays often is lacking.

Excellent service. Robert not only helped me with the rental of a climate controlled unit, but also helped me navigate how to use the phone App to gain access in and out of the storage area. I have another rental unit across the street and was never told about the phone app access. So much easier to manage with the phone. Thanks Robert.
