I've never had a storage unit before and was skeptical. So searched Google and found Cubesmart in Pawtucket. I wanted something close by my residence, so this location was perfect. The first thing I looked at was pricing, and then from there i read the reviews. I skimmed through all of them and didn't see any negative post. Needless to say, I stopped my search and went in person. I am very satisfied with my choice. Joe assisted me through the whole process. He explained everything in full detail. He also showed me a few different units which helped me visualize things to ensure I picked the right size unit. He also explained the payment options, and showed me my options to access my unit within the facility. The facility was also immaculant and fairly new within the last 2 years. I was very pleased with the service I received. I would say the only down fall is the 30-60% increase in price that will vary every 3-6 months. The units themselves are extremely reasonable priced, but the increase is what will become costly.

Took the time to walk us through the facility and gave us detailed information on the facility which gave me a lot of peace of mind. You can see that they take great pride in maintaining the facility.

Ask for Mike the manager at CubeSmart Storage! He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right storage solution for my needs. His attention to detail and willingness to help really set this location apart from the other places I've been looking at. He really took the time to explain the rental process clearly, and answer all of my questions with patience and honesty. This location particularly is clean and well maintained. Customer service and cleanliness are always really important to me and I'm glad i made the choice of choosing this location.
