Literally ANYTHING could improve. Customer service sucks, doors are always broken, elevators always out of service, no bathroom for customers to use. They charge you an arm and a leg for "secure" storage yet the doors are always open so anyone can go in. 0/10 recommend, find another storage even if it's more expensive not worth the headaches.

Jarvis WilliamsEmployees are no help, called corporate even worse than the store employees! Place is always dirty bathroom always broken! On your due date you’re considered late ! Switching to U-Haul storage cleaner and they have 24 hr access! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
David Allen4/2023 - Chan was awesome......even called me back to figure out a time to see your fantastic facility. WOW. Drive in, easy and secure. AC on hot days Heat on cold days.... 12/2023 - easy in easy out. Been working on a Winter project over the last 4-6 weeks. Everything is good except the toilet need a little help and soap and a hand dryer would be good. Get rid of the trash can....people are slobs.
