My name is Stephen. For a number of years I have had two units at All-Purpose Storage in Ashland, NH. First off, I would like to commend All-Purpose employee Andre, who I have spoken to via phone several times. He has always maintained a courteous, well-spoken demeanor. He has been an efficient problem-solver for you (and me). However, I must alert you that whomever you have been using to clear snow for the past several years has failed miserably to do so. Inexplicably the snow plowing service, while clearing a lane down the middle of aisles of units, shoves snow high up (as much as 3 feet) on the doors of all the units. This snow often freezes, cementing the doors to the foundation. Most of your tenants are then prevented from accessing their respective units for very long periods of time. Last year, I lost nearly two months' use of my unit 240 during February and March. Yesterday, Jan. 31, because of severe winds the night before, masses of powder snow piled up on both sides of each isle and on the facility's roads. Vehicles were having trouble passing and the few tenants who visited were burdened with moving three feet of snow with nowhere else to move it by shovel but to the middle of the road or in front of a neighbor's unit. I plead with All-Purpose to greatly improve its daily onsite surveillance and maintenance. Your rental prices are much too high to provide such ongoing negligent service and unaccountability. -- Stephen Boardman Units 240 and 219

I have been with our facility long before it was All Purpose Storage. I've always received top notch service no matter what the issue has been. Today it was Chinny. Always helpful and always kind. Now the facility is even more secure with longer hours of operation and is gated.
