Do not rent a unit here. This facility promises 24 hr monitoring and protection for theft. My unit was broken into 15 different times in August. No one noticed. I called asking about my unit . My access code was never changed and worst thing about this they had no camera footage. The cameras were never added to a account to record any footage even after being notified no one bothered to make sure the cameras were actually recording . So this person was able to completely wipe me out and never be seen . 15 times he went in I'm sure not only my unit and there's no surveillance of anything. To make matters worse the insurance you pay 30 extra a month for has still yet to pay me. Numerous emails and phone calls ignored and after 7 months I still have not received anything from the insurance company because guess what it's not really insurance it's a agent that works for band h who just goes by what b and h says they will pay. A Harley Davidson motorcycle was stolen and they say they don't cover this but the pamphlet says otherwise. It says vehicles are covered all and any theft is covered . Missy didn't even call the police I had to do this . 40,000 loss I took not including the motorcycle . Do you know how. Many emails were returned after the theft not one. They responded to not one. Go with someone else because these people here will not help you recoupe any of your loss .

Missy and Tori at B&H were absolutely amazing at keeping up with this property. It was a bit pricey by corporate but I chose this location due to its location, available 24/7 access, security, and timely response. I never had any issues here for over 2 years! I was always confident that my stuff was always safe, secure and clean.

B&H storage is a great place for storage and the prices are fantastic. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The customer service was excellent.

The Manager, Misty is second to None!! I had purchased an auctioned unit and she went above and beyond to assist me, she still is actually. It was a great experience but what made her shine was that she told me before posting the auction, as is her job, she made multiple attempts and showed creative effort in trying to locate the owner first!! That is service you cannot compete with!!
