The facility is outdoors. no management onsite. There were people living in storage units. The first unit I rented had a water leak so I was able to move to another unit. My stuff ended up getting infested with mouse feces and cockroaches. I was able to move to another unit but moved my stuff out because of the cockroaches and mouse poop all over my things. I'm afraid I now have cockroaches in my belongings. I did not have any food stuff or anything else that would attract mice and cockroaches. Basically it was just clothes and computer equipment. Whenever I called to complain I was asked to take pictures. That was not my responsibility.
