DON’T EVER USE THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS!!!! This place is ridiculous. My family owned a storage facility and never in my entire life have I ever seen such thieves. Our storage unit was broken into not just once, BUT TWICE!!!! Childhood jewelry, fishing roads, a trolling motor and a garmin gps, etc were stolen. Some of our things were even outside the unit just laying on the ground!! But the company’s lock was taken off!! The police came two times and have been trying to contact someone from the this joke of a storage place. The police, insurance company and we have requested videos, still NOTHING, not even a response to the requests. None of us can’ ever get someone on the phone that knows what they are doing!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!! You’d be better off just putting your stuff on the side of the road honestly.. the fact that they would do this to anyone is appalling!! If BLOWS my mind that people say they have good customer service when the police can’t even get ahold of them!!! Fake comments created by team members!! Disgusting Finally got a call back after I posted this and actually thought we were going to get results but they are full of lies and excuses. STAY AWAY unless you want to lose $1,000’s!! If anyone needs to speak to an actual person management will be on site June 3rd, you bet I’ll be there bright and early. Any response from this company is a complete lie. Gotten broken into twice in less than a year!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MR.LUIS. He was very genuinely friendly. Very thorough, professional and expedient. We interacted quite a bit, and he made what some would deem complicated, and frustrating...a simple and pleasant experience. He was flexible by allowing me more time than alloted, as I stayed In close contact with him. I would recommend his Company to anyone hands down. Thank You Mr. Luis, I only wish all storage facilities would give their customers the service you give.
