The reservation process on line was simple. The website is easy to navigate. The prices are good and are comparable to other storage companies. Plenty of parking and the building is clean. I met with JJ at the office and he was personable and polite. I had a great experience. The cost got too expensive for a small unit. I ended up finding another company with the same size unit for much cheaper.
SS DJoe and Morgan were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the rental unit process! Thanks to you both for answering all of my questions and making the move-in process so easy😀

And lastly, it’s very convenient just to back your car up and you’re right by the door so it’s an easy up and down in the elevator. Also, there are tons of carts.
