The customer service I received from John today was absolutely amazing! I had a car issue that caused me to have to leave it in their parking lot for a few hours and was anxious they'd have me towed. John not only assured me it wouldnt be towed... he let me use an electric outlet (even got a knot out of my extention cord lol), and let pizza hut know the car was fine So John, I can not thank you enough for your kindness and understanding. You saved me a tow, talked me down from an anxiety attack, and were there in my time of need. Your positivity is contagious, thanks again man 🙏

I’ve been renting a storage unit here for years to store my equipment. Middle of the year My Place took over and has completely gone over the property with a pavement refreshment, washed and painted the units and had the cameras fixed and added new ones. The guy who runs the office seems to check the grounds pretty frequently, and picks up trash, and is always friendly. I don’t know what the recent bad reviews are about, the attendant is cool and the company is better than the previous two, although I don’t ask for much, it’s just a storage place at the end of the day, but I would be surprised to have a bad experience with them. I think I’ve rented there for like five years. I just want the owners to know that they’re doing a nice job after buying the property.

Super easy sign up. All from my phone! Took less then 10minutes First month freee I mean you can’t beat that plus it’s only $40 a month each month after. Did have to put a deposit a get insurance but that wasn’t more then like 30total! I love this place been using them for a long time with my job so glad I got the price a deal because I really wasn’t trying to use anyone else. 5x10 unit/climate controlled/1st lvl, drive up is so easy and convenient. 10 stars if I could!!

The managers at this facility are constantly stealing from storage units. I buy abandoned units at online auctions as part of my regular business. I have purchased units at many different facilities, and I have bought from this one twice — and nowhere else have I experienced anything like this. About two weeks ago, I won a unit at this facility for the second time. Within 20 minutes, I was already in the office. After fully paying for the unit (over $3,000), I was given the lock code that the managers had been using. When I arrived at the unit, the lock was already open. It was clearly intact — it had not been cut or damaged in any way, it was simply opened using the code. I experienced the exact same situation at this facility about a year ago when I purchased my first unit from them. Two minutes later, the manager drove up and asked how things were going. I told him that the unit had once again been completely looted and that only trash remained inside. I asked to cancel the purchase and receive a refund. He told me this was not possible, that it was my problem, and that I would not get my money back. Later, he called his boss, who eventually told him to cancel my payment. What I find very strange is that they did not call the police, even though the facility is fully covered with cameras and identifying the thief should not have been difficult. Buying abandoned storage units is my ongoing business, and my colleagues and I are not strangers to situations where managers inspect units before buyers arrive. However, I have never encountered anything like what happened at this facility. I hope this review catches the attention of upper management and leads to a proper investigation of their employees.

John has been wonderful since he has taken over. He is very helpful! Many upgrades have been done with more to come. Happy with my units!
