DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU WANT MOLD AND WATER DAMAGE I SPOKE W ASSOCIATE WHO SAW THE WATER IN MY OUTSIDE UNIT AND DID NOTHING, ITS NOT MY JOB TO KEEP CALLING. AFTER I FOUND MOLD ON SUITCASE I CALLED AND LEFT VOICE MAIL AGAIN NO CALL BACK
