After looking at a few storage units at different locations, Extra Storage was the best fit for my needs. I was quite impressed with the location and spacious aisles at Extra Storage. The unit was clean and the parking lot was shipshape thanks to the hard work from Andrew! To add to my pleasant, seamless rental experience today, the Store Manager, John was very professional! He had a pleasant attitude and his candor was awesome! I would advise anyone in the area seeking to rent a unit to let this be your first and last stop.

The guy I spoke to was quite candid about everything, so he gets five stars. It's the business, they said after 4 to 6 months my $80 promotional charge for a 10x10 unit will turn into about 156. I'd say that's pretty deceiving despite them being upfront about that happening on the phone call before I submit my payment. I went along with it, but four stars deceptional advertising to get me to start the process. That's much more than I expected to pay per month after their promotional period.
