Easy online service to secure your storage unit. Easy document review and signing online. Easy access to the facility and unit and they supplied a lock. Love that the 4”x 10” unit I got is 10” wide and 4” deep, much easier access to the stuff you’re storing. It’s definitely secure as everyone has to use their unique code to get past the gate and into the building itself. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

It was so easy to find a unit and prices and everything are readily available at all times. After paying the set up fee, all info was sent almost immediately and access was easy after signing the lease terms. Also it is very clean and secure inside.

Overall,my experience with Go Store It has been favorable. The only 2 things that I don't care for is not being able to deal with a person face to face in the office on site and the increase in the fee for my storage unit. It seemed to me to be a little excessive in a relatively short span of time.

Units are nice and clean, open reasonable hours, pull in/parking is kind of tight if the loading area is full. There isnt a person on site to assist anymore they have replaced the area with an automated screen, no on site dumpster for public use. They do have multiple small flatbed carts to load and unload items and they fit nicely in the elevator if you are on the upper floors. Keycode gate for entrance to the loading area as well as Keycode is needed for entry into the sliding glass doors that let you into the building.
