Their website was messing up all morning and then my bank card got marked for fraud. Then when I finally managed to pay the didnt put the right lock on and sent me the wrong code. The only reason I give 2 stars is for customer service and the price.

Customer service was a light hearted yet informative. We had a lovely conversation, payment was easy and lock code was given. I especially liked the fact that I had no gate and therefore I could pickup when convenient for me. Overall...a great experience and everything went smoothly.

When you see a business that has a 2.9 star rating, that should be a red flag right away. Having such a poor rating, with so many negative reviews, shows a very clear pattern of disregard for quality customer service, and for the community for which you serve. This business is by far one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Without getting into a lot of details, they are rude, disrespectful, and have no concern for providing quality customer service. This is not only me saying this, 7 of 12 reviews are negative, and there is a very good reason for this. They have earned their 2.8 star rating. In fact, I am surprised they have such a "good" rating based on their total disregard for quality customer service. So if you need any of the services they offer, it would be wise of you to heed the negative online reviews, and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of related businesses in the area who strive for excellence, and provide quality customer service. In today's day and age with online reviews, social media and such, it is appalling that a business would treat a customer with such blatant disrespect, without thinking there would be repercussions in the way of contacting the cooperate headquarters, leaving a negative review, and sharing a poor experience on social media. Word of mouth is a very powerful tool, and can make or break a local business. I think it is safe to say that none of my friends, family, or neighbors will be soliciting Tega Cay Self-Storage. It's really not that hard, all you have to do is be nice to people.... .

I like this storage company. They don't jack your rates up every couple of months. Customer service has always been fast and efficient. I don't know why it pulled up this location. I rent from the location off of 21 in Fort Mill. But great company, I highly recommend them.

This place has the best customer service! I could not have asked for better, or more fair treatment. In talking to the young gentleman, I learned they have been U-Haul dealers for 33 years. Turns out this location was also their former auto repair shop. They no longer repair cars, but they still do U-Hauls at their 2 min-storage locations. I'm glad this is where I decided to do my business.
